Destin brought me not only an enjoyable weekend but a horrible week to follow. I spent approx. 8 hrs. in the pool over two days and about half the time I was underwater and now I have swimmer's ear. My right ear canal was swollen and both ear hurt and itch to the point of tears. And I can't hear well at all. I'm just getting over it but the past week was miserable unless I had Tylenol in my system. The 2 hours between one dose wearing off and the next one kicking in were terrible. I hope I'm over this before next week. :(

P.S. The week did have a few high points and one very low point. We found out about the death of a friend. (a family friend's elderly mother) We know she's with the Lord. My prayers are with them and I hope yours are too.
